RANGERS TRIM TRAINING CAMP ROSTER BY FIVE
49 Players Remain in Training Camp

NEW YORK, September 19, 2017 – New York Rangers General Manager Jeff Gorton announced today that the team has trimmed its Training Camp roster by five players.
Robin Kovacs and Adam Chapie were assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL). Brenden Kotyk was released from his NHL Professional Tryout (PTO) and assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack. Kovacs, Chapie, and Kotyk will all report to the Wolf Pack’s Training Camp.
In addition, Tim Gettinger and Ty Ronning were assigned to their respective junior teams (Gettinger – Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League; Ronning – Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League).
The Rangers have 49 players remaining in Training Camp. The roster breakdown is listed below:
